The Vision
Inspired by the perennial response to the age-old aspiration of the Rishis of our Arsha Bharata expressed in the Upanishadic prayer; "Thamasoma Jyothirgamaya", Kristu Jyoti School has taken "Lighted for Life" as its motto. The attainment of true knowledge makes one enlightened so that one can lead oneself and others in the path of truth and grow in to a full-blown person. Placid Vidya Vihar is committed to its motto, " Nurturing for wholeness".
 As a CMI Educational Institution, the school regards education as integral to the formation of the human person for the fulfilment of his/her individual and social responsibilities. The school aims at forming leaders who are intellectually competent, spiritually mature, morally upright, psychologically integrated, physically healthy and socially acceptable, who are open to growth and will champion the cause of justice, love, truth and peace.

Quality Education is our concern and it is Blessed Chavara who is our inspiration for this. His vision of starting schools attached to the Churches (Pallikkoodom) flourished fast. |
